The Industry Appreciation Golf Tournament, held the 1st Monday in October, is hosted by the Chamber's Economic Development Council as a retention and networking resource for the region's strong industrial base. For more than a quarter century, business leaders have partnered with area plant managers and corporate decision-makers to enhance relationships and plan strategic assistance to those who provide significant, primary employment.

The event is dependent upon community sponsorships, which vary from $300-$2,500. Sponsor recognition is significant and places participants' names in prominent locations with primary decision-makers. Over 110 golfers participate in this very popular event which has become a must-attend event for area businesses.

The Economic Development Council (EDC) is an exclusive group of leaders who pay a minimum of $1,000 over their Chamber dues. This revenue funds the Chamber's aggressive economic development program, and provides it's members with front-line participation in the growth and prosperity of our region. For more information on how to become involved with the EDC, click HERE.

Held each Fall, this event exposes more than 2,300 high school students to post-graduation opportunities. 23area high schools, along with more than 70 businesses, universities, colleges and technical schools all participate in this popular annual event. It is funded through affordable sponsorships, with levels ranging from $150-$3,000 and promotion opportunities unmatched in this market.
