Annual Celebration
The 2010 Annual Celebration will be held January 28, 2010 at the Airframe &
Powerplant School. Our 2010 event theme will be
Top Gun,
soaring to new heights with your Chamber.
The event celebrates the accomplishments of the business community and serves as
the Chamber's premier networking opportunity. The gavel passes from the current
to the new Chairman of the Board. A fun-filled evening of entertainment, silent
auction, reception, cocktails and more than 500 professional business

The Texarkana Chamber of Commerce and our Regional Partners host a Legislative
Reception in Little Rock every session. The reception is held to thank the
legislature for its continuing support.
Festivities include dinner, social, music, and door prizes. Over 300 guests
attend including Arkansas Legislators, Southwest Arkansas elected officials,
Regional Chambers of Commerce members and many others
The Business to Business Breakfast is a collaboration of dedicated businesses
sharing information about services, opportunities and our business climate. The
Chamber is committed to providing valuable information to keep our partners
informed on important issues concerning their businesses. The Business to
Business Breakfast was created by our Partners for our Partners. Hot breakfast,
fruit, pastry's and beverages are provided by our Chamber event sponsors.

The Industry Appreciation Golf Tournament, held the 1st Monday in October,
is hosted by the Chamber's Economic Development Council as a retention and
networking resource for the region's strong industrial base. For more than a
quarter century, business leaders have partnered with area plant managers and
corporate decision-makers to enhance relationships and plan strategic assistance
to those who provide significant, primary employment.
The event is dependent upon community sponsorships, which vary from $300-$2,500.
Sponsor recognition is significant and places participants' names in prominent
locations with primary decision-makers. Over 110 golfers participate in this
very popular event which has become a must-attend event for area businesses.
The Economic Development Council (EDC) is an exclusive group of leaders who pay
a minimum of $1,000 over their Chamber dues. This revenue funds the Chamber's
aggressive economic development program, and provides it's members with
front-line participation in the growth and prosperity of our region. For more

Held each Fall, this event exposes more than 2,300 high school students to
post-graduation opportunities. 23area high schools, along with more than 70
businesses, universities, colleges and technical schools all participate in this
popular annual event. It is funded through affordable sponsorships, with levels
ranging from $150-$3,000 and promotion opportunities unmatched in this market.

Chamber University Series
Chamber University Series is a program geared toward helping business owners who
have limited resources and need a business development program in a local,
affordable setting. Each seminar is aimed at educating and informing local
businesses with best practice and industry leading principles. If you have a

Leaders' Luncheon
Leaders’ Luncheon features speakers from around the region on topics of interest
to those in business as well as those active in community affairs. Common topics
are legislative updates, industry announcements, medical developments and expert
panel discussions.
